The function you will most appreciate on this chair is its synchro tilt control. This allows you to tilt the back of the chair at a ratio to the seat angle of the chair. As you recline the front of the seat pan will not rise under your thighs causing restrictive pressure. The synchro control can be left in a free float or locked in your preferred position for the task at hand.
